  5. Our rates & services are subject to change at any time without notice. The Terms of Service stay in effect in the case of rate/service changes.

  1. If you file a dispute or chargeback against us after a deposit, we reserve the right to terminate all future/past orders and ban you from our site. We also reserve the right to take away any Steam Points we delivered to you or your friends Steam accounts.
  2. Refills for certain orders is contingent upon the service’s continued availability and functionality, and we are not liable for any inability to refill if the service is removed or ceases to operate.
  3. The user who placed the order is deemed to have read and accepted all the Terms of Service.
  4. The use of services provided by “SteamPoints.com” establishes agreement to these Terms of Service. By registering or using our services, you agree that you have read and fully understood the following terms of service and “SteamPoints.com” will not be help liable for loss in any way for users who have not read all the Terms of Service.

Refund Policy

  1. Misplaced orders will not qualify for a refund. Be sure to confirm every order before placing it.
  2. No refunds will be made to your payment method. After a order has been placed, there is no way to reverse it.
  3. Fraudulent activity such as using unauthorized or stolen credit cards will lead to the termination of your account and no refund will be provided. There are no exceptions.
  4. Orders placed in SteamPoints will not be refunded or canceled after they are placed. You will receive a refund if the order is non-deliverable.
  5. The cancellation and refund rights of this service are reserved in accordance with the SteamPoints Terms of Service agreement.
